Well unfortunately we have lost a steady connection to the Internet and so I have to make an effort to keep you updates as best as I can. We are going to hire a car tomorrow to explore the rest of the island and I belief that we will then sail further down south and if I am right our next stop would be St. Barth.......At the moment we are sitting in a place called "Barnacles" that is run by a young Greek couple. This is a place where you meet all the other cruisers for "Happy Hour" and exchange news, experiences and what to do and not to do in St. Martin! Its quiet a fun place and you can get on the inernet for free while you are consuming your Happy Hour beer for US$ 1, cannot complain about that and the cheapest supermarket in town is just around the corner as well, so all in all a very convinient location to have a bar......
Welcome on aboard SV/ JUCA
Our philosophy is to live in peace and harmony with each other and to have lots of fun doing it! We practice compassion and unconditional love and experience that there are no mistakes only stepping stones while we grow on our journey.
We have sold our house in August 2009 and moved from Mangawhai / New Zealand to Norfolk/Virginia to board our Sailing Vessel Juca in January 2010.
Juca is the name of our beautiful 60 foot Morgan, and the name is a creation of the first initials of our amazing inspiriations, Julia and Carlos.
I hope you all will enjoy reading our blog and following our travels around the Caribbean.
