The last week has been a real Roller Coaster for me which has been the main reason for not reporting anything on our Blog. We were all leading up to; me leaving to New York, packing and cleaning up the boat to move back to New Zealand. By Wednesday we were all mentally geared up to move into the next stage. Then the Roller Coaster started! I got an email informing me that the Yoga Therapy Conference in New York had been cancelled; this brought me into still stand. I had to let go of my flight to New York because of this news. From that day on my mind was occupied whether I will get to my Seminar in Phoenix, what is happening to my flight from New York to Phoenix. I was on the internet all the time to find a cheap flight from St. Thomas to Phoenix, but every time I looked on Priceline the prices seemed to gone up. All week I have been trying to let go, but every morning I would get up again trying to find another way that would bring me to Phoenix/ Arizona. I found great mental support from the yoga girls in Trellis Bay. The day I was suppose to fly out to New York, I nearly cried all day, but by the end of the day everything turned good. To experience and embrace the support and love of my family and friends had been nurturing. My little darling Julia did spread the word in Trellis Bay that I was very upset for not going to New York and guess what… a group of eight people had arrived from New York and they asked me if I would do a yoga class with them in the morning on the beach. Yeah…maybe I could not go to New York….so New York came to me…..thank you very much I totally appreciated that. By the time I was sitting on the beach teaching Yoga in the morning I had completely let go of New York and very much enjoyed my time with them. Yesterday I finally found a cheap flight that would get me from St. Thomas to Phoenix and I am flying out tomorrow. At the moment I am a bit excited to go, but will get totally excited once I am sitting on the plane on my way to Phoenix.
